changing 3.8L any tips for better installation

Hi guys,,,,swapping out motors in my 2005 grand prix GT. I have the motor out of my car now and I was looking for tips for putting the other one in...like should i put the bracket that bolts behind the power steering pump from the motor to the trans axle on the motor before install or would it be better to bolt it to the trans axle first?..Should I leave the motor mount off until I get the motor bolted to the transmission @ the bell housing? any tips to make the job go smoother is very greatly appreciated. I've changed many rwd cars but this is only my 2nd fwd vehicle and it been quite some time and everything is so damn tight in these cars!:)
