alright, posting here because i'm getting no love on CSS.net. so the car is a 2008 Cobalt SS, and I want to have my fog lights stay on when i turn my high beams on for HID purposes. problem is, unlike in our aging W-body's, the grounds for the foglight relay, low beam relay, and high beam relay are all supplied by the BCM. I want to keep the ability to turn my fogs on without having headlamps on, and want to keep the ability to have the fogs on with low beams as well. would anybody like some info from GM service information and some schematics?

With being controlled via the BCM, it kinda seems that its not going to be easy or even possible.

But honestly I have no clue, being that I don't own a cobalt.

it's not possible. the power and ground for the relay coil is BCM controlled. without adding a toggle switch essentially building a circuit, it's not gonna happen. but the point is moot, as my HID's are in fact on the low beam circuit :) so that saves some work
