Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

cat removed new problem

Re: How to remove Cat Diagnostics Test from 05 Impala SS

As I've said in my two posts: get a quality cat, or use a defouler.

If you had a scan, it would be most useful in confirming if this is the cat issue or something else.

You need hpt or dhp to collect the data. Once youre that far you can upload it to the hpt forum and post a link here for us.

So ZZP dp with or without cat with a o2 bung. Or quality cat that needs to be welded in? Or a ZZP and a defouler/o2 extension, to be installed where the ZZP bung is, to make it longer so the rear o2, will not mess up with just the o2 in the zzp bunged dp. So this defouler??? Which I think is a o2 extension? Either way it has to have a defouler/o2 extension with or without cat, so the rear o2 is out of the dp not getting to much of a signal, but just enough to stop the cat diagnostics problem?

Are you ignoring my post/pm on purpose?

No I'm sorry DOHCZ34 for not responding im still kinda new, and I'm always on my phone usually never the computer so, it gives me troubles. I didn't mean to ignore you I understand 3800, etc. I pulled the L67 and completely tore it to nothing I understand a lot so its not that kinda help I need. Its pcm and tuning I dont feel safe doing. I also new ot was a cat diagnostics issue due to my 05pcm since its 01+.

By the way how's that getrag handle the Z34? It's my favorite Lumina.

I seriously give up. I can FIX your cat diagnostic issue without you having to buy a down pipe or O2 spoof/defouler. It's simply changing settings in your pcm that hpt doesn't give you access to.
