Case learn and dhp help!

Hey guys im getting rid of my dhp scanner but i just had to swap pcms and now i need a case learn. I have never used the scanner portion of dhp so everytime i try to open it, it tells me .net runtime files are missing. What do i need?

Nevermind got it all figured out. I was in the totally wrong section of the software.
