Carbon fiber roof rails!!!!

Buddy with Grand Prix is pretty industrious and had me pick up a set of roof rails a couple months back for him. I wondered why he hadn't put them on his car until tonight when he showed up with a pair of B.A.D.A.S.S. carbon fiber rails -custom made.

He did these by hand, but is thinking of making a mold to make more. If he does I've got dibs on the first pair.

Oh ok good I thought he mounted them on his car like that lol. As long as they aren't stupid expensive I would buy a pair.

that was my plan... get some rails... sand smooth and prep for paint and have my buddy with a vinyl shop order in some 3M CF and wrap them and a couple other choice parts :D

For practical purpose its just a look so whats the difference.
 


exposed carbon fiber is so damn gaudy. i dont get what people like about it.

the whole point of carbon fiber is to have lighter body panels, not "hey, look i paid more for a ****ty looking part."
