Car wont start

Morning All

I know my battery is good since i got strong lights and radio, the car cranks but doesn't turn over, almost like if it was out of gas (tank is full) or not getting spark. In the last year i have replace the alternator, fuel and water pumps, ECU and had a major tune up (plugs, wires, belts etc.) Anyone been down this awesome road before of have any ideas, calling a truck today to take it to a shop. Seems like the forum thinks that this could be a CPS problem, whats that cost to fix? Thanks in advance.

cranking and turning over are the same thing. Could be a bad fuel pump, bad crank sensor, bad icm ect. Hard to tell.
