Car suddenly dies then starts right back up



I put the new coil packs on and it runs way smoother. I also soldered the new pig tail for the tps on. Dmoney, my car is acting similar now. I think I got a bad TPS from Morad. Does anyone know the procedure for testing the TPS?

BTW, when bad plug wires where causing a misfire, I never had the SES light turn on. Car was running like that for at least 8 months.
 
Ok so I've redone the wiring for the TPS, bought a brand new TPS and installed it, pulled the battery for a few minutes and its better... everything seems to be pretty much ok (it died once between the time I replaced the TPS and pulled the battery) except it wont shift until it hits redline or I take my foot off the pedal. The crank angle sensor was replaced a year or so ago. This is starting to get really frustrating... Any useful help would be very very much appreciated. Thank you.
 
I had a simaler probelm and I change the crank sensor, map,fuel pump and it turn out to be my fuse block the pins for the fuel pump relay wasnt connecting got a new fuse block from junk yard for $75. probelm fix
