Car starts and then just barely idles



And get rid of that godawful alternator wiring and make sure you have the current sensor I spoke of earlier.

don't rule out the cat being plugged up. they can keep you from starting , rough idle and no throttle response.
 
Problem solved. There wasn't a relay labeled starter, so I switched both the "Ignition" relay and the "Crank" relay. The car turned over first try, fired right up, and purred liked a kitten. Out of curiousity of which relay it was I switched the "Ignition" relay back and the car wouldn't start again. Flipped relays again and it fired right back up.
