Ok so I got my grand prix gtp 2 weeks ago and today I drove it around town for about an hour didn't even use 1/4 tank of gas and after getting home 30 or 40 minutes later went to start it and it bounced between 500-2000 rpms please somebody give me ideas what couhld be wrong also the evap vent on the gas tank is faulty could that do it?
 


Bad evap vent

My 98 grand prix gtp has a faulty evap vent what problems could this cause? Is it a big deal? My car recently stalled could this have caused it?
