Just bought a GTP and it reaks idk how ppl let there cars get this nasty. They had 2 kids i got the mud footprints off the back of the seats and the crayon/markers off the door's and exc and shamooed the carpets scrubed and all the dog hair came up in the brush and scrubed the seats with leather whipes till all the yellow smoke grime came off srubed the interior with interior whipes till i got all the yellow grime off all the trimpanles and exc i even to an interior whipe to the headliner and smoke residue was coming out of that i sprayed a whole can of ozium in the car vents and car and shut the doors and it still stinks. Any ideas?

i smoke in my car lol but i always have my windows open spray when im done and i clean my interior twice a week and the only time my car smells like smoke is when im having one.....also i dint use regular spray i bought berberry cologne for my car :p also all that shampoo is nothing unless u use woolite the only good stuff to use for car carpet IMO

i got most of the smell out bealive it or not lyisol or how ever you spell it works wonders just mix it with water and i used interior cleaner whipes and cleaned my headliner with them untill the dingy yellow stuff quit coming out of it still smell faint smoke but not nearly as bad

Give it about a week. Mine smelled like smoke after I cleaned it/shampooed it, but after about a week the smoke smell was completely gone.

Mine smelled like smoke when I got it, I used this spray stuff that was made just for getting the smoke smell out. I used febreeze first, but it didn't work that well. I just wish I could remember the name of that stuff. It was an aerosol can, but that's all I can remember.

I had a cloth interior, not sure if this would work on lether.

Take Baking Soda, wrap in a nylon stocking or Cheese Cloth. Place under seat or at floor board. Give it 24-48 hours no more smoke smell.
