Car shuts off while cruising

I have a 05 Grand Prix car seems to shut off while cruising not sure what it is just replace the crankshaft sensor because I thought that was the problem seems to happen once the car gets warmed up once it stalls will not start up until the car has cooled off does anyone know what it could be there are no codes being thrown
 


Yes with a stupid bwd from advanced checy wanted 120 for a ac delco crank sensor thinking maybe bwd product is getting heat soaked? Cheap product?
 
next time it stalls out, check for spark by removing a plug wire off the coil and resting it so its a inch over the coil where it sits and so you can see it while you crank the engine, see if a spark jumps.

you can also see if you got fuel pressure but pushing the pin in the shrader valve on the fuel rail, watch your eyes it will spray out if its got pressure. nothing will come out of its got no pressure.
 


So all three coils getting spark once car dies I take it icm is good possibly the bwd brand is junk and overheating or could it be a bad camshaft sensor?
 
In my experience in several shops, borg warner is sh!t overall and when it comes to crank sensors on these cars, nothing seems to be a good as an OEM one. You could try a delphi one and also rockauto has great deals on delco stuff too.
 


If I was too rich why would it cause car to shut off like something is getting heat soAked car runs when its cool but second warms up rpms flutter and car stalls with no starting until car is cool again
 
My car did the exact same thing when i tried combatting kr by adjusting fuel in the lower hz table instead of removing timing.
Colder air is denser so your running more lean until it warms up then its to rich and floods itself out.

Exactly and i couldnt figure it out. Tried changing pump with no change and noticed the more fuel i added in the lower rpms the worse it got so i change my sub 7000 hz table to stock and it went away.
 
Well swapped out my crank sensor becauseni thought it was bad with an ac delco one and now car wont start has that happenedn to anyone before?
