Car seems like its gonna die, then bucks foward

When im sitting in traffic, just cruising pretty slow my car seems like it just gonna die, but then the rpms shoot up a little bit and it bucks forward. Its only when im giving it a little bit of gas, then i take my foot off. I have no idea what the cause is, but i do know that i have a knock sensor code and a code for the throttle position sensor. Could the TPS be the problem?

Sounds like tps to me.
