Ooooorrrr just retrofit them, make use of their size. Problem with the 97-03 is they're small enough that the Mini H1s + shroud don't fit properly and have to be cut.

Retrofit in some projectors. Bake em, take the lens off, cut the backs out, toss in some Morimoto Mini H1 projectors. Seal em up, bam, instant awesome light output. Check out drunkie's car, collin's car, I think omega has a retro too.
Drunkie has a thread on how to retrofit the 04+ cars I believe.
