so glad i don't live up there. illegal or not, if i pay for sh*t...i bet you sh*t comes back with me and not with the officer. unless he's paying for it.

He took the headlight covers, not the headlights. o_o
Pretty sure most officers don't carry around a 10mm ratchet anyway.
