in your searching, be sure to keep your eyes on the portion of the underbody where the rear trailing arms mount. I'd not be surprised to see most of them in your area rotted to near nothing there. That generation was notorious for this and they're not made like the 97-03 in that spot.

I agree with that 100%. 93-97 weren't nearly as good looking at 98-02. Oh and obviously LT1 vs LS1...
