• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

HDR can be fun

I'm sorry but you guys haven't slightest clue what HDR actually is. HDR stands for High Dynamic Range, and makes things more true to life, not more cartoony.

If you looked it up, you'd find within a minute of reading a wiki page that the intention of HDR is, in fact, to make theme look more real. It's almost in the name, changes the lighting ranges. High, as in a large amount, dynamic, as in variable, and range as in... range.

Just thought I'd let you know. Bugs me when I see things called something they aren't.

Thats cute.

Just because I pushed the effects of HDR farther than what you expect makes it not HDR?

Yes. Because once it's passed the point of realism, it's no longer HDR, just another silly effect. That's the key point of HDR lighting, to make things look more realistic, as it would in real life.

Not slamming on the pictures, they look unique and interesting, but it isn't HDR.

I was just posting those to show how HDR can be. I wasn't gunna post them cuz their not of my car but someone said post them. And no that's not me.
