why in the world would the cops give you crap for projectors? They cant PERIOD. tons of vehicles come standard with projectors from the factory now, so if a cop gives you sh*t for havin projectors, take him to court.
 


Well cops in general give pain for hid's which I would put into projectors obviously so yeah idk what to do. How do philips xtreme look in projectors? Hmm idk
 
South Florida. It's mainly the brightness issues. But any aftermarket hids are illgal technically if they don't come with the original vehicle
 
Well you don't need to put HID's in the projectors.. They come with normal Halogen bulbs that do a good job at illuminating the road.

They're "technically" illegal basically everywhere. I've never actually heard of someone getting ticketed, or even pulled over for it. Now.. badly aimed headlights/driving with brights on, yes people get pulled over for that.

HID's are illegal period. Even if they came stock in your car. The problem with that is there are way too many cars on the road with HIDs both stock & aftermarket. That being the case why would police even waste their time pulling people over for HIDs?

No, its installed at the factory or they're illegal.

Even dealership installed HID's are illegal, hence them not offering it.
 
I've said it before and I'll say it again... when an SUV with HID's goes over a bump, I get blinded because the cutoff is borderline roof height of my car.
 


I think you guys are all smoking crack, i wanna see the state law where it says that HID's are illegal.

Theres no way, if the factory is putting HID's in the majority of their vehicles then it cant be illegal, I KNOW FOR A FACT that's not the case in michigan, there's NO laws here against them.

I think you all need to check your state and local laws better.

well its got projectors, window banner and inlays now.
