thanks!! i did everything myself, nite shades on the tails with a 2 part urethane clear coat.. and for the wheels i used duplicolor graphite wheel paint.

were your wheels polished or silver before yuo painted them? and where did you get your HID's and what Kelvin are they?

the wheels were painted silver, i cleaned them real good, scuffed, put down adhesion promoter and painted, pretty simple.. got the HIDs from vvme.com they're 12000k, i've got the same ones in my truck, except they're 10000k

i've had the ones in my truck since i bought it new back in 04, it was the first mod i did and i've never had any problems.. just switched out the bulbs when i did my projector retrofit, i just recently put a set of their 35w slim hids in the fog lights as well

or just get an over lay. or just take it off and tape the chrome off and paint it black like i did

then take off the tape and wait for the black to dry and then do the chrome the color of your wheels then clear it
