Dude how did you do your tails??

thank you. i love it too, took a while to think of all the things to do to it. still gotta put quad exhaust on it. also my 4 channel pioneer amp is starting to mess up so prob gotta replace that soon too

Dude how did you do your tails??

very carefully. lol first take the off and use a strong plastic cleaner to get every spec of dust off of it and let it dry for a few, then get a heat gun that can do 500 degrees to 700 degrees, not any hotter then that, buy a can of VHT Nightshade. heat the taillights up to a nice warm temp and then very evenly begin to spray your tail lights. first 3 coats to very very very light. then do 1 final coat light-medium. depending on how dark your looking for. after each layer apply heat to bake the paint on evenly. next go on amazon and get yourself some red led light strips and make your own leds on the lights. there's grooves between the car and the light assembly for the leds to go in nicely. take your time!!! that's the key.

these are the LEDs i bought. make sure there waterproof and wire them up to your tail lights. the leds come on with the breaks and individual for the turning signals. you will need some wiring know-how to do this.

yes. you just plastidipped it right?

nah i dont use plastidip on my car. iv used it alot but i used Dupli-Color BUN0100 Universal Gloss Black to do my side skirts and the front and rear extensions. its been a year and a half and still looks like i just painted it. i did not use clearcoat but next time i go to do a car or if i have to touch mine up i may look into using it.

I like Gloss not flat and plasti dip gives a flat look.

and i love the matte look of the black.. nothing is glossy on my car...

oh i didnt know we were talking about the tail lights as well. my friend tried the plastidip for tail lights and it is terrible.... VHT is the only way to go.
