i dont think it works that way. i could be wrong but wouldnt the darker tint end up being you final number? so itd end up acting like 65%. well no i guess i could see it. so the first layer lets through 70% and from that 65% gets through the second layer? i am stumped and interested lol. some one wanna clarify?
 


lol i dunno how to make sense of it but 70 is like nothing so 65 should be pretty similar, yet my windows look dark and its tough to see thru, nothing like 70, i'll have to get some better pics with a real camera soon

No. If you get your tinted windows scanned, they usually come up as an odd number, because it stacks basically.
 
well ill have to remember that to tell the cop when he asks y my windows are illegally tinted lol i'll tell him its bc of multiple layers of tint lol
either way i'll get better pics eventually and post them up here when i get around to it
 


oemgee. who cares how dark the windows are??? do cops really pull you over that much and say "hm the darkness of this here glass is a problem. bam pay this ticket good day!"

ive never even heard of anyone in this town getting pulled over for tint. much less for speeding.

lol i go into the city everyday, they'd pull anyone over, they have huge quotas and a tickets a ticket in their eyes

I got pulled over all the time in MI for my 65%. I'd just pay the ticket, but the last time, they made me peel it right there. So I moved to Texas.

lol WUT?? we have a whole police department here. but Memphis has one of the highest crime rates in the U.S. so they tend to be occupied with DUIs and murders and burglers...that kinda thing. just common.
