Car has no power

Picked up an 01 GTP Tuesday for dirt cheep it needed a little engine work. Hooked a scan gauge up to the car and it had a code for the egr flow being insificient, system to lean, a code for the rear o2 and a misfire on cylinder #2.

When I first got the car the egr system was leaking so bad that you could hear the lim sucking in air from the outside. So I removed the egr and blocked everything off with pennies and RTV got it all sealed up nice and good. I also replaced the front o2 sensor.

Fired the car up this morning took it for a quick spin and when you punch it it struggles to go, the little boost gauge on the dash doesnt even fill up half way checked my scanner and at most its pushing out about 2.4 psi of boost.

The only codes I have now are for the egr being deleted. No more misfires.

The car acts like it has a plugged up catalytic converter but the cat has been removed, kind of weird that it doesn't throw any codes from the rear o2 sensor though.

Car starts up nice on the first crank, cruises down the highway just fine, but as soon as you try to punch it it falls on its face.

Took my scanner out with me and forgot to save everything but timing advance at idle was 22* ~30* while cruising around 14-15* while accelerating with a blip to 8.5* and I even saw a blip down to -1*, I didn't know that was possible to have negative reading of timing advance. Car shows 0* of KR on the scanner. I don't know what my fuel trims are I'll go take it out for another spin and see what they are.

I am at a loss as to what could be the problem here, I guess I'll start by replacing the Boost bypass valve and double checking vac lines.

Standard grand prix "feature"

That's where your negative timing usually comes from....

You're up at over 3,000ft though...if you're only seeing 9* WOT something is rotten....You should be seeing 17* with the appropriate KR attempting to bring you down to 14.5-15*. My guess is you're stuck on a low octane table and or the car's been played with before.

Are you using the highest grade of gas available?

Do you know any of the car's history?

No I said I had a blip to 8.5* most of the time it was 14-15* while trying to go WOT, the car does not go WOT. Yeah highest grade gas we have here is 91 Octane. I'm gonna swap out the BBV with a different one.

Replaced the BBV and the other thing with the plug in it having a brain fart moment and can not remember what it is called. Still no dice the car struggles to go to WOT and this time the CEL light starting flashing at me and I was showing 9.1* of KR :( Pretty sure I ****ed myself over on this one.....

Next up is swapping out the wires, and checking all the plugs I pulled out the number 2 plug cuz that had the misfire to begin with and it looked like a brand new plug ACDelco something or others.

Got it figured out put in a new fuel filter and some seafoam and boom no more slow. But I think I broke my flex plate :( have a knocking sound coming from down by where the trans and the engine meet.
