Car feels sluggish

With the Cat-deleted, thats out the window...You might just be knocking like a *****(hope you have a good way to scan)

How old are the plugs?? Pull the fronts and see how they look.

Or maybe, since our cars are so RACE, you've become used to blazingly fast acceleration, that it just feels mundane nowadays.
 
Changed the plugs about 2 months ago but had misfire on 4 and 5 few days ago and tuner adjusted the idle to calm it down... He said I had no kr when we redid my tune about around same time plugs were changed.. Got al104s gapped at .55 and new wires.
 
Well, granted our cars like to misfire at idle, but when you change out plugs, you shouldnt have any misses...(My setup was almost identical to yours, and I had a slightly raised Idle, and no misfires at idle)

A clogged fuel filter will absolutely bog the car down, and can create a lean condition, if its clogged badly.

I'd check the plugs first, easiest thing in the world to do...And a fuel filter cant hurt either (though only a year old, it should be just fine)

Best thing would be to grab your tuner, and go for a ride, and log whats going on, to get a more indepth insight of whats going on.
 
Pretty vague...

ummm...fuel filter...maybe even go as far as checking on the transmission?

Pan drop and filter change? Tired/worn/busted crap mounts?
 


To fix misfires...are you saying you retuned it? That's about the oddest thing I've heard.

Find the source of the misfires and you'll find out what's pulling your timing and causing it to be sluggish.
 
No got the plugs and retune done while back and went to tuner to check the misfire.. It was in 4 and 5 cylinders but only really notice at idle for most part
 


Sounds to me you are concentrated on the plugs. When you changed the plugs did you change the wires? Wires break-down easily. Also, how are the terminals on the coil packs? If there's rust on them you won't get a proper connection. Or you could have a bad coil pack.
 
My friend took it to his local mechanic a few days ago when it first started while I was at work and he said they used seafoam in brake booster and gas tank so I check the plugs today and the had this white build up all over them.. With al104s being cheap should I replace them and fuel filter. Wires are only month old and coils seem ok had a little stuff on them but cleaned it off well.. Tranny fluid is still red although might have bad mount cause if in reverse and I give it enough gas I hear a clunk noise and feel it
