Car Damaged by walmart shop



Wow... I think someone would've been walking away with a busted nose and some lost family jewels if that happened to me... You sir, have patience.

They should replace the exhaust not just bend it back in place.
You really should have it looked at by a good shop and have them give you an estimate for the damage done.
Do you have the receipts for the LED's?
Do you have headers or a downpipe? If you do have that checked out also.
 
OMFG i would have gone insane:th_exploding: ( its making me mad just thinking about it )! i worked too damn hard for my car to have it mistreated like that....
get a lawyer if you haven't already
 


first mistake was on your part going to wal mart....... wtf would u go to walmart of all places though man? but seriously what they did to you is VERY "in good words" different. i would sue and get a g8 gxp lol =]

Well I do do most everything myself. But I can't exactly mount and balance tires at home. Haven't got the equipment
 
My buddy got a new engine out of walmarts oil lube express shop cause they didnt put oil in it at all drained it put the new filter one and drove it out behind the shop

Buddy started his car with his remote start and fubard his motor got a qoute from chevy for a new crate engine and perf camn and so on and then got a lawyer and after 3 months he had a brand new engine in his ride

I stay away from any oil change places at all cost.
 
nice a free engine lmao thats the only good thing that can come out of a shady garage hahaha but you have to be real lucky lmao. i used to work at NTB i know what goes on lmao theres some dumb careless people in this trade that need to get kicked out ha. and yeah i would never go to wal mart for anything lucky i have access to tire machines at my school which ill be using real soon once tirerack gives me a gift ha

Same thing happened to a friends car but no lawyers would take the case. It was a ricer Integra so no damage done ;)
 
Yeah. Once you leave the garage they are no longer responsible for the damage. Something lilke this happened to a freind of mine with his Daytona Charger. They bled break fluid all over his rims. left a caliper loose(it subsequetly fell off) and didn't bolt on the plastic under tray(it fell off too) he drove it off the lot & they wouldn't take it back.

As for my car. The exhaust fell off one more time(while i was driving) got a hole in the flexable wire part of the pipe. Had to cover it up w header wrap. So its mostly fixed now exept for a leak at the collector. =]
 
I absolutely hate wal mart...99% if not 100% of the shyt they sell is made in some f*cked up country,most of the employees have the mindset of a baby chimp.
