Car completely shuts off at random

I have a 1998 Grand Prix GTP, the problem started yesterday when I was getting ready to leave for work. I was walking out to the parking lot and hit the remote start button and you could hear the starter kick in, then it just stopped (remote entry wouldn't unlock and it didn't start). I had to use the key to get in, but as soon as I got in and tried to start it, it started fine (radio was reset, along with the DIC). I made the 10 mile trip home and after I had the car in park with the windows up (radio not on) the car just dies; engine, ALL electronics, just dead. 2-3 seconds later the lights come back on like nothing ever happened, except for the DIC and the radio was again, reset. I tried to start it, and it runs perfectly fine (no slow crank, no dimming lights). I took it to school today and my electronics teacher tested the alternator with a a Fluke 179 multimeter and the alternator was charging the battery to about 14.1 volts (with the radio cranked up). We also tested the battery when the car was off, it measured at 11.2. I got it home for my lunch, made sure all my connections were tight (at the battery and chassis). I have two amps in the car, they weren't shorting anything out and their ground were very tight, along with the positive wires. I've looked endlessly on google for what could be the problem. I'm on the verge of taking this car up to the stealership...
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!! Thanks in advance!

could be a ignition harness going bad or a crank sensor.

or a bad ground somewhere. 11.2 car off is low on the battery too. it should read 12 or a tad higher car off.

Mine has done that as well couple times trying to use the remote start, it would then die, i noticed i have to hold the button for a few seconds to start it
