car can rev up but wont come down?

I already cleaned the tb but their also is a knock sound what causes this and yes i already searched to no avail.

I know this was separate to the issue i don't know why you take it personally..

And how would i check for a sticking throttle body/ what would fix it?

Go under the hood (engine off) and pull up on your throttle spring and see if it springs back to home position. If it does, have someone push down the gas pedal and release. (also engine off) You watch and see if it does the same. If it doesn't return to home, your cable is sticking.

Beyond the knocking which I'm ignoring at the moment since you have the other thread. Would you like to give us some info about the issue? Currently there's not enough info to even talk about the problem.

Attempting to diagnose this engine is pointless.

Get the knock fixed first.

I will report back the problem/solution as i gave up hope and brung it to a different shop.
