Its only happened twice so far out of a good amount of romps but it still happened. Once its just flat out died and today the rpms dropped real low and kicked up then dropped low again at a stop light when I came to a complete stop and went to accelerate at said light. I know I need a fuel pump resistor(ordered). I dont think that would cause it tho. I just did a open cone and a catless DP and thats not tuned out yet. Clue time. Hints also work as clues or just an awesome answer will do better. :D
 


Is the resistor bypassed? If yes, we can continue to diagnose. If no, then your procrastination may cause you to blow the engine soon.

Yes it is deffinetly bypassed for this week till it comes in. So since its bypassed the worry on blowin my engine is gone??? What are some other ideas. You are the Regal man so I will listen
 
How are headers a headache and a powerlog that'll crack isn't?

How did you bypass the resistor? Maybe it's in how that was done.

Yea i need to change that I did some reading on the powerlog about cracking and need to take that WTB down. Cant tell you exactly how headers are a headache but thats cuz ive never put them in but either way no cash for them. Just the whole install to me seems like a headache.

I bypassed it like you said in your writup and another one thts exactly the same.
 
I've linked...you mean by bending a pin on a relay?

On the headers, I'm just joking around. They are easy to install though.

Yea I bent the relay about 2 months ago and I figure thats long enough to go with it bypassed so GMPD will hopfully get it to me. The headers I would love just cash and time and honestly seem not to easy not to hard just hard enough for me to stray. Im probably just going to go back to stock and try not to whoop it to hard to keep it alive longer. If I go headers then Ill go pulley then the wife will kill me for us being broke. See the pattern here. Ok ok so ya got any guesses on wha it could be or work with the resistor first and see how things go.?
