Cant's get any sound out of my speakers on my 2000 GTP

When I got the car it had no radio. So I got a Pioneer DEH-1200MP for the car. I got the harness adapter for it. Pretty much installed it and the head unit works perfectly but there is not sound coming out of any of the speakers. Not even static. I checked the fuses and no blown fuses were found.

I have no idea what the black harness on top is for. My guess is for the AMP?

Any help as to what I am doing wrong would be greatly appreciated. I am a Newb when it comes to this stuff.
