I test drove the g8gt and I liked it a lot. I almost bought one last year. There is some tuning that needs to be done to the transmission, computer stuff... But once that's worked out you are set. Plus they have developed some great stuff for the car... i believe the key fob falls apart and the paint chips... I did a lot of research when I was thinking about buying it. Very comfy and super easy to drive. You will love it.

From a stand point of what you get for the money, I agree. I looked at them long and hard before I got the STI and for the money there are better options. Plus no dealers want to budge on their prices. Really sad that GM could use the sales and they're such sticklers. If the G8 GXP was priced more competitively I probably would've bought it.
