Can the OBDC2 port be tested?

I plugged in my Aeroforce gauge and it didn't light up. I figured it was broken. I want to use my Torque Ap to scan for KR until I get a working gauge. I plugged in my PLX Bluetooth device and it doesn't work either. Has anyone had a problem with the ODBC2 port? Is there a fuse related to it?

Add ignition on power to your gauge and move the little thing that connects the pins properly for adding power externally.

fwiw.. the power is the center pin. but you better make sure that other thing is right before you plug it in

Do I need to ground it with that plug? You mean I had better move that jumper?
