any help?is it ony that imports can do???

If there are no spark plug wires, there will be no spark. I'd find someone else to hang out with as he doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground...

Is he saying that it has coil on plug ignition??

Edit, after looking it seems that the RSX is a Coil on plug ignition system,. that means that the ignition coils are directly over the plugs, so no wire is needed as they are directly connected

But that is stock, so if your bud is braging about it, tell him that most saturns after 1994 have that ignition system :)

If he was talking about a coil on plug design, then I'd still find someone else to hang out with. :th_liar: :th_thumbsup-wink:

I have this design in my grand am, LD9 engine... the grand am community has had a good amount of issues with this setup due to the plastic protective cover surrounding everything. It cracks easily and moisture builds in it. I've had to dry out the plugs and replace the plastic piece a few times now.

I don't know if other engines have had the same issue or if the design may be a little better, like stronger plastic...
