Can I use these winter wheels?

I have an 04 GTP with Comp G. Want to know if I can use these winter tires/wheels combo?

Wheels are Fast Apex 18x8 5x114.3 +35mm offset wrapped in Blizzak LM25s 225/50R18s.

Going from stock 225/55r17 to 225/50r18, tirerack says the difference will be:
Speedometer Difference: 0.413% too slow
Diameter Difference: 0.14%

Would this be acceptable? Any problems turning lock to lock?
