11's for $2000 is very possible...but not so much for a DD since the trans wouldn't last very long at all. All you would need is a NIC cam, cheap headers, a cone filter, a big shot of nitrous, some drag radials, and some tuning.

for all the people in the scene nowadays then there is no way $2k will net 11s, but a few of the old school dudes who actually knew how to make a car run went low 12s/high 11s on stock cam, stock heads, stock rockers.
