Hello im new here , going to replace my balancer and i know i have to lower engine or lift it so i decided to get a cam
and install too since im moving the engine i want to know whats the best way to install the cam , raise or lower ?
 


Whats up 91 thanks for the reply , i purchased my cam from Comp Cams and it never crossed my mind to ask dam i should've asked .
The cam i got is the 54-414-11 and it need to be tuned . How can i find out if the cam is no DOD . Though i got my PCM programed and dod
turned off if the cam has dod in it would turn on my dod?
 
U ordered a non dod so you'll need the lifters and the other related hardware. And of course you'll need to get tuned
