Lift: .531"/.531"
Duration: 264/274
Lobe Separation Angle: 115°
RPM Range: 1000-5500

what type of cam is this ? and what mods do i need to run this mods i have to support it r ls6 valve springs, 3.2 pulley headers and 42.5 lucas injectors and goin make a 3inch custom exhaust.

Those duration numbers don't sound right at all. What engine is this for? The lift numbers, are those with or without the rockers?

there with out. its from jegs for a l36 my uncle was building a 3800 he bought this cam he said its a off set kind i dont know i really dont know much about cams

Without knowing anymore info. I would say that the cam you have is NOT for a L36 engine. .531 lobe lift just sounds way, way, waaaaay off. I'm running a TOTAL lift (that includes a 1.7 rocker ratio) of .538, which is very close to maximum on stock heads. The durations for intake/exhaust are far too big for our engines as well. Unless it's the advertised durations and not the durations at.050 lift.

I'm gonna assume that the advertised lift for intake/exhaust is including stock rocker ratio of 1.6 - if it IS just lobe lift and not total lift, then you are looking at a total lift of .819 to .849...dunno of anyone ever attempting to run that much lift on a 3800 - The next problem I see is the two different lifts advertised. one screen says .531 lift, but under specification tab it's advertised as .512- I suggest contacting Comp and/or Jegs to straighten this out.

Pittsburgh,
and i got a hold of them thats the spec onces its installed with the 1.6 rockers its 531/531 and before install its a .512/.512 and the rpm is 1000-6500 thats the last time i deal with jegz

I have that cam, it rocks. My car went 13.33 @ 104 with it, with a 3.4 pulley, headers and a tune, im running it on l76 springs and retainers. Went 12.84, same setup, with the addition of E85 and a 3.1 pulley. Drives like stock, mileage is a little low for me though, around 17 city/25 hwy
