i have the engine out of my 97 gtp right now changing out some gaskets and just cleaning it up and i thought while i have it out maybe i'll put a cam in it what is the best bang for the buck as far as cams go with minimal changes to the rest of the engine ?

They all cost about the same. If you want to go strictly by the cheapest option, then go for a VS cam. you don't necessarily have to change the rest of the valve train components in order to run it.

Supposedly Vs means valve train safe. However if you listen to that... you are making a huge mistake.

Do the springs for any cam. Please.
