However, you did it wrong. :th_tongue2: Just like saying that. The "gasket material stuff" is cool and all, but really no maTter how you do it, it will trap stuff and can potentially ruin your deck lid. The best way, and it works, I have pics if you want from when I did it to mine. Is to get the little O-rings from Home-Depot, Lowes, Walmart, etc... for your water hose... It is just thick enough to raise the spoiler a bit and give clearance, but 1 per bolt hole and torque'd a little and it will seal and never leak. No more tape to block anything, it stands up and flows well.
