I have a 2000 Grand Prix SE and i am looking for a white GT or GTP bumper cover, also if anyone knows how to switch them can you let me know.

I'd try your local junk yard man, almost guarantee you'll find one there without having to pay someone on here to ship you something that large. That's what I'll be doing this weekend, I cracked mine, ooops.
 
if your looking to purchase one new i got mine from a company called LRQ for 160$ including shipping but its not painted. Changing the bumper cover is kinda a pain theres lots of little clips under the bumper and some dont want to come out. Just make sure you mark where everything goes and youll be ok its very simple
