• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

bullitts....slammed

there are 'universal' coilovers all over the place. the problem with them is that they usually dont go as low as conventional coilovers.

Glad to see someone did the coilovers in the winter.

I'm gonna get coilover boots, I found some on the Net for $10 and then I was gonna use pipe insulation to cover the bottom half (the part where you spin the perch). It should keep everything pretty clean.

I know its an old thread but daammm! I love it! wanna start making some and sell them? i would buy :D

and what tire size is that?

I run 245/45s up front and 235/55s in back. I wouldnt mind making them, but the only thing you really have to make is the mount and cut the perch off the strut

^^That.

And how much did you cut out of the rear spring?

Did it bounce pretty bad? I was gonna cut 'em until I had the money to drop on coilovers...

Looks good (mines the same color w/same wheels but 4 dr) gave me an idea of what it'd look like with a drop. Too low for me and my driving, but still looks good!

how bad is the vibration? Im getting coilovers and I already got spacers and shorter dog bones? what else would help?

You probably won't have terrible vibration with that combo...but do you have headers? If you do then cross out the dog bones. I have full spacers, I vibrate a little but nothing terrible, thats only under full throttle too.
