Does anyone have experience installing this system? Looked around here and google and didnt really find anything. Pics would help a bunch. Is the T harness worth the money?
 


Last time I installed one it was on an 87 Astro van, before that a 1990 Camaro RS. No passkey etc, was 7ish wires.

Power, ignition, starter, parking lights, horn, brake pedal, door unlock, (wouldn't lock, only unlock, but if you hit the brakes without the key it would stall anyway) probably something else...

Most of the wires were on he same harness though. Identifying the factory wires and where to put the receiver module is the hardest part.

Nope lol.. Stick around here enough you'll quickly find out that most of us are cheap and install things ourselves..

Depending on weather I may tackle it myself. I'll see what happens in a few weeks. Really tempting just to drop the car off and hand over 150 and be done with it.
 
Bulldog last time I looked was a lower end unit. Not sure what you are trying to install it on, makes it a little tougher to answer the question.
 


My buddy installed my Code Alarm remote start a few years back. He has been doing car audio etc for years and years and years, and it took him two days to finish the job. There were some other issues that came up, but the basic install usually takes 4-6 hours with no issues. He only charged me $100, which was well worth it after hearing about what he had to go through.
 
I could have done my Excalibur install in about a day if weather permitted. These cars do take a little more work and parts, there's 3 ignition wires, 2 door triggers, and a positive trigger trunk, but nothing major.
