Buick Regal vs 540whp Turbo LSx Trans Am



Yeah a 5.3 LS motor with a z06 cam and 11psi out of a 76mm turbo should be likee.... way lower than 540.
The 11.5 @ 125 that he ran in the dead of summer was a fast track too.
 
540 from a 5.3 on 11 pounds seems legit to me. The first video is closer to what I would have thought would happen when you brought this up in your build thread, looks like you cut out early though. What happened in the second video?
 


We were approaching a car in my lane first run.
2nd run he started in 3rd instead of 2nd at ~50mph.
I took the catback off yesterday because I'm making a new one... So my dp was dangling, I didn't realize it was bouncing off the road so it'll be hung next time I'm driving.
 


Nice to hear a race video on here without super charger whine!!! Your Regal is kicking it but the Trans Am sounds pretty good at least:th_thumb-up:

Who turbos an LS anything and thinks 540 is a lofty number? Douchebag effect. I think I've added sh!!ting in Snowfakes front yard to my bucket list.
