bubbling/ticking/sizling sound from driver side engine bay

ok so after about a one hour drive i popped the hood to check fluids and heard a bubbling/ticking/sizling sound from driver side engine bay. beyond that i cant figure out where its coming from.

oil looks good, trans fluid looks good and smells good, and i don't see any leaks or steam or anything. tomorrow i am going to rent a coolant pressure tester. does anyone have any ideas or heard the same sound?

yeah.... you think it is ac related? i have never heard that before what in the ac would be causing it?

The system pressure equalizing makes noise. Turn the ac off and you probably won't hear anything.
