Broken seat

The support for the drivers seat in the GTP has broken. My guess is that where the metal that supports the cushion attaches to the side has broken.
theres no support there and being in the car for more than an hour kills my back.
Should i even bother trying to fix it, or should i just rummage in the junkyard.
The heated function also doesnt work, ive checked the fuses, but not much else.
 


I have an 05 so I am not 100% sure, but I think the fronts bolts in and back take some modding. I'm not sure what though.......somebody will chime in.

I once pulled a pair of 2000 Regal seats from the junkyard, and put them in my GTP. Night and day difference. I had back pain issues from the GTP seats and never even knew it (figured it was my job, being on my feet all day, bed was too soft, etc...). Pain went away after using the Regal seats for awhile. The trips between Michigan and Tennessee were infinitely more comfortable. Go for the upgrade!!
