Broken plastic hose, vacuum leak, help needed!

Hey guys! So yeah my engine started making a weird noise lately, coming from the driver side. I checked the components and found a broken plastic hose. It is located under the throttle body and the intake on the side part of the vacuum system. Its a black plastic component with two exits, one that is connected to some sort of sensor which is red and blue. It is next to that grey electrical cylinder component (sorry I don't know the name)

The check engine light came on and I'm almost sure it is a vacuum leak. Can someone please help me find the name of that component. I just don't want to go to GM and pay a crazy price for something I might be able to find used. Thanks!
