LOL its for spotlighting deer from 5 miles away, that's the point of it. Using this around other traffic opposing or adjacent is just plain :th_king-evil:
 


good thing that bloke is in Australia, if he drove towards me at night with all those lights on I would pull over until he passed then once my vision returned to normal I would give chase and kill him
