Brightest Fog lights

I don't like projector headlights and the factory head lights are garbage, I remember years ago reading a thread where the fog lights were brighter than the headlights. I lost the link to the thread, anyone remember the thread I'm referencing? They were glass housing with HID bulbs if I remember correctly, thanks

These were good back in the day:

But after having retrofits, they just look good.
