Brake Ticking?? new pads, no change.. WTF!!

I am having this exact problem with my '04 Grand Prix GT.........replaced all 4 pads and rotors, still a "ticking" sound coming from the drivers side rear only. Not sure what it is as I have also checked everything else over. I know my struts are probable bad as they creak, maybe this is related to that?

Did you check the Emergency brake shoes or pads? They should be on the inside of the rotor? Mine actually had separated from the backing and it was loosely hitting something and was causing the clicking noise. Just something to check.
