Buy better rotors. The cheap drilled and slotted rotors warp easily.

You need to get on the brakes hard when they are first installed to burn off what is left of packing grease that brake clean did not get off.
you need new bearings for your wheels. almost 90% positive. I had the same problem on mine. I would replace them, they would warp, have to get new ones. Finally i checked and when jacked up there was a very small movement in the wheel that i could wiggle (we're talking small like only a few millimeters). Keep in mind though any movement will cause warping and there should be NONE. I replaced the bearings in the hub and never warped since. All the GM vehicles from that time had ****ty wheel bearings on them and they go bad. The worst was the Caviliers. My ex had to get all 4 bearings replaced. I've had to replace 2 but one was because the ABS wires snapped inside and i couldn't get to them to solder them.

The pulsation is back, I found play in my right bearing so I'm replacing them both.
Bingo! what did i tell ya. Like i said i was going through rotors every few months. Replaced my bearings 5 years ago and have never warped a rotor since.
Drilling doesnt improve cooling.
Vent your dust plates. You could probably autocross with 11" front rotors if you did that with some quality solid rotors and high temp pads.

actually it does. drilled rotors are cooler than blanks. the holes reduce surface area, which lowers friction, which lowers heat. the holes dissapate the heat too.
the main purpose, is to release the gas that builds up during braking between the rotor and pad, which can deteriorate the rotor. It can also release debri that builds up between the rotor and pad

Upon some more research, they do increase cooling but can crack. Why bother with expensive rotors that crack when stressed?
Theres a cheaper way to get MUCH more effective cooling... and thats called brake ducts to cool the rotors.
Gases should only be building up when bedding pads.
There shouldn't be any debris between the pad and rotor. The pads would either push it off or burn it off.
Also if you think your rotors are warped try rebedding your pads before getting new rotors. Unless they are indeed very cheap rotors. Then you may very well have warped them.

My drilled and slotted rotors are warped too. First time they warped they were under warranty and I bought semi metallic instead of full metallic pads as well and within 6 months the second pair were warped just as bad as the first. I don't know what to do either
I think maybe it was my hubs, I did replace them because they were shot so when I replace the rotors again hopefully they won’t warp this time
