brake lights, cigarette lighter, turn signal wont work

Help please...Ive looked all over this forum and could find anything. I have an 07 Grand Prix and the drivers side brake light wont work, the turn signal wont work and I also noticed that the cigarette lighter wont work. How do I fix these things....The passenger side is working fine...are there fuses that I have to replace and if so what are the names? Or is this a common electrical issue...

Somebody steer me in the right direction please.

i opened the fuse box...but is there a seperate fuse for the driver and passenger sides? the passenger side works fine, my manual lists it as one fuse
 
i checked the buld and it is still lit...doesnt appear to be the buld...do you think replacing the bulb can do the trick anyway?
