Box under dash loud clicking

On my 01gtp, there is a grey box with 2 plugs going into it, just above the ebrake pedal that clicks loudly about 75% of the time I start my car... It wont stop until I turn the car main ign off.

Some times if I turn the key on and off for awhile in quick sucession, it will stop clicking for a bit... but usually returns when I start my car.
 


Do you have a fuse blown?. When I was trying to delete my day time running lights I was playing with the fuses (removing some) and got a clicking sound around that same area.
 


I just removed the first harness from that module. I dont like DRL's, its hard to be a ninja when you cant turn off your lights.
