no its not a tial, the tial ones say tial on it. i have the stattama one, its like the tial knock offs but he puts better internals in it. i like the sound of the stattama one.

i dont think you realize that a bov is so unnecessary that you can slouch on the price considerably...buy the one from stattama for 60.....its all you need
